News:

Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

Hm. Strange. What was your old Joomla version?

Had you changed also the PHP version recently?
Use you the newest jD version?

QuoteThe problem with the new downloads created

Sorry but what did you mean with this?  ::)
It is not really useful to give only so tiny informations.

Maybe should you install the version 3.2.51 a second time.
Nobody else seems to have a problem like this.

What other information is needed?

I tried to uninstall and reinstall ... the same problem

Can I provide admin panel access?

Even if I create new dowloads there is an error.

Thanks for your help

Hi
This has been a bug in SEOsimple for a long time!  See https://github.com/nocean/SEOSimple/issues/3
It refers to http://www.jdownloads.com/forum/index.php?topic=8152.0

Basically SEOSimple does not check that the category type to see if it is a Joomla! article category.  Several extensions use their own categories. See for example the https://docs.joomla.org/Understanding_categories_and_articles#Other_Types_of_Categories

You need to take it up with SEOSimple as it is their problem, but regretably they do not seem to respond quickly.
