Author URL input field problem

HI,
If i enter a URL at the "Author URL or Email" input field then i get this error message on every jDownloads page.

Looks like this error only happens on a local WAMP server. Here is more details of the error.

Hi
This does look like a WAMP mail setup 'challenge'!!  I use XAMPP and have no problem. Do not know what else to say!!
