Hi,

since I update to last version 3.2.60 I received that error when I try to click "downloads" in the jDownloads: Control Panel.

An error has occurred.
0 Call to undefined method JApplicationAdministrator::isClient()

I using php 7.2 (but also try 7.0 and 7.1)

Hi
This is not a general problem but there  are several possibilities.
First have you tried installing the update a second time?
You might  also like to try by downloading it and re-installing by the Upload method

What level of error reporting have you set in the Joomla! Global Config - Server tab field Error Reporting?
If that is high then you will get what are attempts by php to be stricter - please leave at System Default.

In the jD Config - Downloads tab does it show all the directories as writable?
Have you changed the location of the jD base directory in the Upload directory path?

Hi Colin, thank you for your answer  :)

1. I was Install that again - in backup site (same site only backup/mirror) same problem. try to download and install from Joomla.
2. System default error reporting.
3. 5 folders are writable (green)
4. no.

I think maybe its because its not not my first install - I have files in Jdownloads.
the folders in Hebrew words.

until now everything was work..

Hi
Is the problem on your main site or the backup/mirror site?  Or both?
Are the mirror site directory locations different to those in the main site?
Do you have separate temp locations for the two sites? (Check 'Path to Temp Folder' in Joomla Global Config)
Also check 'Path to Log Folder'
Is the structure of the jD root file similar to the temp and log paths?

Maybe you could send us super user details by private message (PM) click on whitish square with a tail near my name.  Note I may also pass this to Arno
Thanks
Colin

Hi Again. after I update Joomla to last version 3.8.7 - its solved the problem with the Jdownloads - but I have another problem with my site template  :-\

Its possible to check why last Jdownloads version 3.2.60 not working with Joomla 3.6.5?

EDIT - ok. I do some checks and all versions working good - include 3.2.59. the problem is only with 3.2.60

Hi
There were some significant internal changes between Joomla 3.6.5 and 3.8.7
jD is gradually moving towards the new internal structures and some of this happened in jD 3.2.60
Joomla is preparing things for Joomla! 4.
Basically we do not check out on older versions of Joomla.
Colin
PS I got your pm

Thank you Colin.

its possible to check what change in the last JD version and maybe fix that on old Joomla version?

The big problem for me is update Joomla to last version because I need to change many things (mods / components / template etc.)
