jDownloads 3.9.8.3.4 for Joomla 3.9 is now available for download. This version fixes a possible SQL Injection reported by the GK Software SE / Germany team.
Please update as soon as possible. For easy installation go to the Joomla Extensions Manager / Updates and install the new update. You can find details and changelog of this and other releases in the download 'details' page. Please note that this version is still not compatible with the new Joomla 4 version. The jDownloads release 4 is still in progress. We hope to be able to publish a first release in the next three months.
Problem with our Support Forum
Unfortunately we have had some problems with our support forum here on jDownloads.com since yesterday morning. As a result, the forum was unfortunately unusable for about 24 hours. In order to solve the problem as quickly as possible, we were forced to resort to a backup from 28 July. Unfortunately, the forum entries that were created after that are no longer available. We apologise for this.

Security Update for 3.9 series!
Users which has still installed the version <= 3.9.8.2 should update immediately to the latest 3.9.8.3 release.
The leak, which was fixed in the latest version, allowed a registered user to view the names of files that had been assigned to individual other users. This vulnerability was reported by the RedHotCyber team. You can read detailed information here.
